Best Ds Castlevania. The DS has a horizontal clamshell design similar to some Game Watch video games and the Game Boy Advance SP. It was almost like a throwback to the old Castlevania games because its basically set out as a series of fairly straighforward levels each.
The best current castlevania kinda cover your bases deal tho is dracula X chronicles on PSP. The name DS is short for both Dual Screen and Developers System. Its my least favorite DS Castlevania.
Dawn of Sorrow is both the best and the most Metroid-ey of the three.
Any of the 3 games on the DS are great. Use the brand new Glyph attack system which has more than 100 different combinations to The legendary Castlevania series is back in its 3rd installment on the Nintendo DS. There is a new story new items sprites weapons music and most of the castle was modified in both small and big ways. Dawn of Sorrow no contest its easily the best of the three and the best Castlevania overall imo probably in my top 3 DS games ever all of them are great but the only other Castlevania that comes close to Dawn is Aria.
